You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the services until the end of your paid period.

All content, features, and functionality of our services (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs) are owned by FoundFirst, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you provide through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide our services.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES. RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON MANY FACTORS INCLUDING YOUR BUSINESS TYPE, LOCATION, COMPETITION, AND OTHER VARIABLES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDFIRST, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FoundFirst, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
